By accessing or using TabsVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TabsVault is a browser extension that allows you to save, organize, and restore browser tab sessions. The Service includes:

  • Browser extension for Chrome and compatible browsers
  • Local session storage
  • Cloud sync features (for premium users)
  • Session import/export functionality

3. User Accounts

Some features of TabsVault require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TabsVault to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TabsVault and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your session data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

For premium features:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TabsVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TabsVault and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account and data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
